When will the conference take place? Where is it located?

The Autism Web Summit takes place Sunday, October 11th, 2020 and is fully online.  

 

I have registered for the summit, how do I find out what time it starts in my time zone? 

The summit starts at 9am MDT / 10am CDT / 11am EST / 4pm BST London and finishes at 11pm BST (7 hours later) 

I can not attend the Autism Web Summit on the day. Can I view the presentations afterwards? 

Yes you can access the video recordings of the presentations and Q & A if you have purchased the 30/90 day all-access pass.  

 

Is this summit an in-person event? 

The Autism Web Summit is an online virtual event only. 

 

How can I register?

Is the summit schedule available?

A full summit schedule, including conference sessions, is available on our website HERE. Please note this is subject to change.

 

​How do I get my login in details for the summit? 

You will receive your login access details about 5 days via email prior to the conference start date on Oct 11.

 

I wish to do a booking through mu business or organisation. Can I get an invoice for same? 

Please email us and we will arrange same.  

 

I am unable to check out at the registration page?

Please ensure you have some text filled in all of the registration boxes and also refresh your browser.  Please email us if the issue still continues and we will help you out. 

The website does not accept my credit card. Is there another way to pay? 

At the checkout, you can pay with Stripe or PayPal. Alternatively we can also invoice you and do a bank transfer. 

 

How can I reserve a virtual exhibitor space at the summit?  

Please email us and we will send you exhibitor packages for the Autism Web Summit.

How can my organization become a summit sponsor?

Sponsorship opportunities are limited, so act today. To become a sponsor and for more information, please email us. 

Can I advertise in the summit program?

Yes, please email us. 

I just want to attend one session. Is that possible to do without registering for the summit?

Individuals wanting to participate in one session must register for the entire conference. The Autism Web Summit does not allow unregistered attendees to come to sessions or other conference events.

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

The Autism Web Summit is unable to assist with travel or registration costs. We have a very limited number of subsidized tickets for people in deserving circumstances. Please email us for more information. 

Will I receive a certificate of attendance and CPD/CEU points?

A certificate of attendance with CPD/CEU points is available on completion of the Autism Web Summit. You will receive your certificate via email after the conference has taken place. 

 

What is the cancellation policy for the conference?

Registration fees are non-refundable however you are welcome to transfer the ticket to somebody else up until 14 days of the start date of the event. Please notify us via email of the name, email and mobile of the person you wish to change the ticket to.

I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure?

Autism Web Summit will provide letters of invitation upon request to registrants only in the following circumstances:

● Registration is paid in full.

● Registrants must use an email address affiliated with an institute of higher education or a recognized organization related to international higher education.

 

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, we offer group discounts for 5 or more bookings. Please email us for more information.

Do you offer discounts for students, unemployed or people in need?

Yes we have a limited number of special discounts available for people who need them. Please email us for more information.
